AHHH, you guys have NO idea how upset I am right now. I ran out of space on my phone so I was deleting photos earlier and my finger slipped– accidentally deleting photos from the 9th through the 10th of THIS month. 😑

All my photos for one of our recipes this week, from the musical yesterday, and my last day hanging out with my bestie are GONE. They should’ve all been included in this entry but, will not be. 😦

Luckily, I do have *some* photos left to share and I’ll still recap everything without them.

Last time I wrote was Saturday night. I got to work around 11PM and stayed until 4 AM but, actually 3 AM since the time changed. It was pretty decent for me.

On Sunday, I had a GIRLS NIGHT planned with Rossy (@AyR Galaxy) and Jennie (@50shad3s0fjay). They were both visiting Las Vegas at the same time and it’s just amazing that we all met on this platform. I was more than excited to see them but, we weren’t meeting up until 7 PM.

Boyfriend and I were both feeling hungry right when we woke up, at 3 almost 4 PM, so after I took a shower we went to El Pollo Loco for the first time.

I didn’t try any of the hot sauces because I didn’t want to ruin my stomach but, boyfriend said they needed a lot of help on them…

I got the Original Pollo Bowl. It had chicken, rice, beans, pico, and ciltantro. It was pretty good for fast food. I was full after only about half of it.

Boyfriend got the Baja Shrimp Taco which was alright; I thought it was a bit salty.

He also got the Rancho Burrito. He said it “wasn’t bad.”

I saw they had a vegan “chicken” option, too!

When we finished up, we went to Starbucks for some espresso to perk us up and then, went back home for me to get my hair and makeup done.

The girls and I decided to meet at Il Fornaio in the New York New York Casino. Rossy and I arrived just a tad bit earlier than Jennie and her friend, Emily so we grabbed a table for 4 on the “patio,” which was still indoors but, out on the casino floor instead of inside the walls so we could easily people-watch.

Rossy and I both started with a Red Italian Sangria. To me, it was fine but, I didn’t taste the wine as much as I would’ve liked. The squeezed oranges were really the strongest part.

Once Jennie and Emily arrived, we put in our food orders and were finally given our complimentary bread. The server had poured the olive oil concoction right when we sat down so I was wondering about it the entire time, lol.

I got the Antipasto di Pesce which was basically, a seafood platter. It came with calamari, Ahi tuna, scallops, and shrimp. The spicy marinara was delightful but, the calamari and tuna crust were overly salted and hard to finish.

Everyone else went with beautiful pasta dishes I couldn’t keep my eyes off of!

When we finished up our meals, Jennie and Emily had the most adorable desserts and I went for another sangria. We hit the bathrooms and then, made the quick walk to Planet Hollywood.

We all wanted to check out the Morphe store to find out if Jeffree Star Cosmetics was sold there… and, IT WAS! We walked around, swatching and trying everything for awhile. My wrist was stained for the rest of the night.

On our walk to Planet Hollywood, we stopped to get some photos together!! Emily was so kind to shoot some of the 3 of us bloggers. ❀ And, I know they’re both already extremely gorgeous in all their photos but, you’d still be blown away by their beauty in real life, as well. ❀ Inside and out, these ladies amaze me.

Of course we could not just leave Emily out though!! I was able to find two friendly guys, one who even got down on his knee, to take shots of us. πŸ˜€

After the Morphe store, we made our way to the Bellagio fountains.

We watched the show to a Beatles song (Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds) and it was just lovely. Boyfriend and I drive past it as it’s going on all the time but, being up close, hearing the music and sound effects definitely adds some extra oomph to it.

Since it was Emily and Jennie’s last night, they were, understandably, exhausted by this time. They were staying in the Paris Hotel so we went to the Rooftop Beer Park Garden, connected right to it for our last sit down/drink together.

Again, I was the odd one out with my order. πŸ˜› I got the Peach Margarita and the rest of the girls got a vodka blue curacao concoction. They were very sweet and easy to sip on while we chatted. ❀

When we said our goodbyes, boyfriend picked me and Rossy up in the Paris parking garage. We dropped her off at her hotel and then, we went home to smoke a blunt.

I was feeling hungry and since *boyfriend is my soulmate*, he was ready to feast, too. πŸ˜€

We couldn’t think of anywhere better than Taco Bell since I had recently been watching Bretman Rock’s Mukbangs— I was craving it!!

We shared a Party Pack of nachos which I didn’t even know existed. It was sooooooo sinful and delicious. Totally worth the stomach cramps we BOTH got, too.

Oh and, I also had a Cheesy Gordita Crunch.

That night, we stayed up watching more of Bretman on YouTube until around 4 or 5 AM.

On Monday… this is where the first of my photos were deleted and it’s making me angry all over again. I think I’ll come back tomorrow and write another Journal Entry to catch us all the way up. But, for now, I hope you have an awesome rest of your week!

I’m off to play the Sims. πŸ™‚

    1. Aw Jennie, it was sooo amazing meeting you! I do hope we can reunite again VERY soon. ❀ I'm still so sad about accidentally deleting those photos! 😦 Ugh. The Sims does always cheer me up. ❀ Thanks babe!!!

  2. Ahh I HATE it when that happens with photos/storage. Drives me nuts!!

Also, I’ve only eaten Pollo Loco once and I really can’t remember what I thought of it. But would you believe that I had never eaten at Taco Bell until last year? I find it so ironic that with all my food sensitivities that Taco Bell and Chipotle never give me issues LOL.

Also, you all looked so gorgeous in those shots!! Love that long floral sweater!

    1. Ugh, I’m still so upset about the photos! 😦 I need to get one of those SD cards but then I’ll be saving even MORE useless photos lol.

I don’t know why but Taco Bell just makes me gassy & have to go to the bathroom but, it doesn’t bother my stomach the way real dairy does. Must be fake ingredients or something lol.

Thank you so much, LP! That long floral sweater is probably my fave piece of clothing I own, it’s so cozy. πŸ˜€

  3. It’s so nice to see you hanging out with blogger friends!! If ever you come to UAE, let me know! (But let all this covid thing pass first. Hahaha)

I’m sorry about your photos, by the way! Did you get to recover it? 😦

    1. Yes, definitely! & same to you. πŸ™‚ If you ever visit Vegas, let me know! I’d love to meet you! ❀

But no, I never recovered the photos. 😦 I'm so sad.

  4. I’m sorry that you accidentally deleted your photos, but at least you still have some to share! I saw on Jenna’s Insta story that you all met up, and I got so excited for you all! I’m glad you all had such a fun girls night out. The fountain picture looks gorgeous, and so did the food! That’s a bummer though that half of your meal wasn’t as good as it looked, but I’m glad you all had a fun time together β™₯ Sangria sounds absolutely delicious right now too, haha.

    1. Ahhh, I am so sad about the photos still. But you’re right, at least I have the photos from the night out with the girls still!

Hopefully, we’ll get to meet one day, Stephanie & possibly have a sangria together, too! ❀

      1. Aw man, it’s too bad that your phone doesn’t have a recovery button; that would be so convenient! That’s one feature about iPhones that I love when deleting photos is being able to recover them. I’d figure all phones should have that feature now, darn it.

I would absolutely love meeting up someday and having sangrias! β™‘

  5. Your photos are lovely πŸ˜ŠπŸ’• It’s amazing when bloggers get to meet in person! The only blogger I’ve met so far is V from MillenialLifeCrisis. She prefers to stay anonymous so we didn’t take any photos. The experience was unreal though and I still can’t believe I got to meet her! πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you, Hilary!! How cool that you got to meet an anonymous blogger. πŸ˜€ That’s special that she was willing to show herself to you! ❀ I've met 3 fellow bloggers now & it truly is unreal, isn't it?!

      1. I’m grateful that she trusted me. I use my actual name on here and my photos are real. I guess she saw that and realized I’m not some creepy person πŸ˜‚ Before we met she sent me a photo of herself. It’s too bad we couldn’t get a photo of us together, but I respect her wishes. I know her first name but not her last name, so whenever I send her mail I use her initials.

  6. Ugh, it should NOT be that easy to delete photos!!!! There should be a 3-step process. “Are you sure? Are you SURE you’re sure??? You’re completely positive??? Ok, deleted.”

I’m still kicking myself because the last time I was here when my dad was still alive, he was going through the pictures on his camera and asked if I needed any of them or could he delete them. He had a camera with one of those memory card thingies in it. Without REALLY thinking about it I said go ahead. Noooooooooooooooo!!!! I didn’t realize he was going to be DEAD 4 months later and that the picture he deleted was the last group photo of Mom, Dad, and all their friends that we went to dinner with. Sigh…So, I feel your pain. LOL
I’m so glad you got to hang with Rossy, Jennie and Emily! What fun!
El Pollo Loco…I always get pieces of chicken after what happened to my BFF. She ordered a burrito and they forgot to remove the bumpy, rubbery skin and she took a big old bite of what felt like a frog. She hasn’t been able to eat El Pollo Loco since then.
OMG you are killing me with my beloved Taco Bell nachos.

    1. Lol! Well I agree but the annoying thing is, my phone does ask “are you sure?” I clicked “yes” & didn’t realize which photos I had marked so maybe it was mostly my fault. 😭

Jinjer, I am so sorry about those photos your dad deleted. I don’t feel like that compares to my photos & I shouldn’t even be upset about them.

I had such a blast with the 3 girls. β™‘ Maybe one day you & I can meet!!!

Lol πŸ˜‚ oh nooo. I hate that rubbery part in chicken– I know exactly what you’re talking about!

I think TBell is still open during this time so you can still get those nachos!!

      1. No ma’m. Your pictures are just as important to you as mine are to me. Doesn’t matter who or what the subject is. You have every right to be sad about losing yours.

I will be so happy if we get to Meet n Eat some day!!!!

  7. Omg nooooo I’m sorry you accidentally lost a ton of photos 😦
Ah I remember you telling me you went to El Pollo Loco. we drove right past it and Alex and I wondered what kind of food they had. Now I know. Looks really good actually.
Agreed about the sangria. I’ve never had one so I wasnt sure what they were supposed to taste like lol.
I’m still so sad I couldn’t even make a dent in my pasta πŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺ
Awhh I really love all the photos of all of us!! ❀ it was such a great and unforgettable night for me because I havent had a girls night out in who knows how long lol
Ah the fountain and the Beatles! πŸ’œ loved it, I grew up listening to them because of my dad 😁🧑
Loved that blue drink too, so so delish! If we had gotten there just a tad* bit earlier to get some food, I would have gotten a second drink lol
Oh my gosh Taco Bell! I want! I always get the crunchwrap supreme. It’s my favorite! I’m glad I found a way to make them at home too 😁 but now you’ve made me crave it and idk what to do 🀣

    1. Ugh! All the photos from Big Chicken & the musical & 1 for a future recipe reviews. I’m still so sad about losing them. 😭

El Pollo Loco wasn’t bad! Pretty impressive options for fast food, honestly. Do they not have any in Oregon?? We didn’t in MN.

I know! I felt bad that was your first sangria. It tasted more like juice, didn’t it?? & I wish you could’ve brought that pasta to-go somehow!

The photos of all of us turned out so well!! I loved them all. β™‘ It was so hard to choose only a few to feature lol. & I honestly hadn’t had a girls night out like that ever before! It was so fun & I’m glad I got to experience it haha. 😁

The fountains were beautiful!! β™‘ & I’m so glad they played a song special to you. The blue drink looked & sounded delish, for sure. I SO wish we could’ve grabbed a bite to eat & another drink, too!!

Ugh. Next time I go to Taco Bell, I’m gonna get their crunchwrap supreme. I haven’t had that in forever!!

      Liked by 1 person

      1. I looked it up and it seems like we dont have El Pollo Loco here 😦 oh well..
It’s alright, I will definitely try another sangria at some point, hopefully it’s better. and I know! if I had known it would be that much I would have ordered something else LOL. It was too delish!
I know i loved all the photos too!! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ and neither have I to be honest, best girls night out ever!! πŸ˜€ i’m glad I got to experience it too lol
I liked that drink so much I looked up how to make it, I soooooo wish I could go to the liquor store to buy some liquor ugghhh oh well lol but yeah, I wanted food so bad that night LOL
let me know if you like their crunchwrap when you get the chance to try it lol. and if you have any that I should try, let me know too πŸ™‚

        1. Ah well, it’s nothing to be too sad over lol you can try it next time you come here!! πŸ˜‰ & I honestly think if you made homemade sangria, off a Pinterest recipe or something, you’d like it a lot better!!

I’m just so happy we got those photos together. ❀ & yessss, it *was* the best GNO ever haha. ❀

Drinking at home has been kind of weird for me lol, it makes me want to go out more. 😦

I have tried their crunchwrap in the past & loved it lol i bet i still would!! But Alex's definitely looks better & bigger!! Have you ever had the cheesy gordita crunch??

          Liked by 1 person

          1. For sure πŸ™‚ Alex was interested too.
Ahh yeah I forget about Pinterest sometimes lol. I’m only concerned about which wine to get because I don’t drink wine lol.
<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3 I hope we can do another girls night out soon, I miss you all!
I remember the first time Alex suggested we make it at home and I was like "yeesssss! why haven't we done this already?" LOL and I know Alex has tried it, I swear the only things I eat from TB are the crunchwraps and the supreme tacos? The ones with sour cream (when I could eat dairy). I haven't eaten TB in a couple months already. I miss it lol

  8. fuck, I know the fucking feeling of losing my photos and videos man, urgh I’ve lost years before. AND FINALLY THE MEETUP I WISH I WAS IN! SIGH! HAHA I would be so confused at the fact there was only olive oil and no bread! Ahhhh you 3 together! I still can’t believe you guys met up! And yall look so freaking beautiful! Holy shit that supper of nachos is perfection. Sorry again about the lost pictures, it seriously sucks. TO NEW MEMORIES THEN!

    1. I am still so annoyed at myself for accidentally deleting those photos. HOW COULD I! Lol. I’m sorry it’s happened to you before but, so glad you understand my frustration!

I SO WISH YOU COULD HAVE BEEN APART OF THE GIRLS NIGHT! That would have been awesome. Maybe you all can visit at the same time next year?!?! ❀ πŸ˜€

Lol, I was looking all over for the dang bread. Like, why pour the olive oil so early if they weren't going to give us any until we ordered? & I still can't really we believe we all met up, too & that we all met here on WordPress. Crazy!!

The nachos were just too satisfying. I hate Taco Bell for being so good LOL.

      Yes, to new memories!!!
