1. Sprouts Market Corner – Organic Original Hummus

We had never tried the Sprouts brand hummus before but, when one of our recipes last week called for some, we decided to give it a go. I am SO glad that we did because it’s the cheapest one available and it’s excellent! I love it with Back To Nature – Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Crispy Wheat Crackers and baby carrots the best. ❀ We are already on our second tub!

2. Taylor Swift – Wonderstruck Eau De Parfum

Another lovely gift from boyfriend’s momma. ❀ I’m really picky with scents and rarely ever wear perfume but, sometimes, when I wanna smell extra nice I’ll spritz a bit of this and it doesn’t bother my throat or nose. A little definitely goes a long way and I just love that it’s so feminine. I never knew I liked flowery notes until I smelled this and how cute is that bottle with the gold charms?!

3. Tea Well – Organic Honey Lemon Tea

I can drink a cup of this in like, three minutes, it goes down so smoothly and has a beautiful, strong tea flavor. The honey and lemon aren’t that prominent and I like that it lists all the benefits on the box. Makes me feel healthier. πŸ˜€

4. Love, Rosie by Cecelia Ahern

love, rosie

I already mentioned this book in my last Journal Entry but, I’m just having so much fun with it! I love the format– there are just pages and pages of e-mails, instant messages, letters, postcards, etc. and the story is just so darn cute. It makes my heart flutter.

5. Waste Love and Death in My Pocket by Machine Gun Kelly

I haven’t shared a song off MGK’s Hotel Diablo in awhile and I only got majorly addicted to Waste Love and Death in My Pocket very recently. I listen to both of them at least 5x a day now.

What have YOU been loving this week?!

  1. Didn’t know Taylor Swift had a perfume, that’s something new .And the humuss sounds amazing πŸ’• I’m loving this week “Love Nature” range by Oriflame (so many great products). Great post ❀️😍

    1. The perfume came out in 2013 & the hummus is wonderful. πŸ™‚

I’m definitely gonna have to look up this “Love Nature” range! Thank you for sharing what you’ve been loving, Anna. ❀

    1. It SUPER long-lasting, I could still smell it the next day even after a shower! & I love the bottle, too. πŸ™‚

I wonder why the videos won’t work! Hope the songs were worth your time if you did listen to them!

    1. I had to look them up after I read your comment, too lol. I realized I probably like it because it’s more fruity with a hint of a certain flower.

I thought I had heard of the author or title before. Both sounded so familiar!

  2. I love hummus but I’m the only one who will eat it in this house, so buying a tub is never a good idea because I wont finish it. Maybe in the summer but not so much in the winter lol
That perfume looks so cutee! I hardly wear fragrances, mostly body sprays but perfumes are rare.
I’m adding that book to my TBR soon ish.
I’m not familiar with MGK’s music. I dont really listen to anything new, I have been enjoying discovering new to me artists or bands that have been making music for a long time lol. Alex found Bombay Bicycle Club and they released a new album last month and I’ve been loving listening to it. Cannot wait to see them in May. He also found Poolside and I went on a deep dive a few days ago as I was working on my bujo and found a few other songs i liked lol.
    Anyway, great faves!!

    1. Oh my gosh, boyfriend can finish a whole tub of hummus by himself in like 2-3 days. I am lucky to get a few bites in haha. πŸ˜› We also spread it on our sandwiches yesterday & it was so good– that could help you use yours up faster, too!

I’m not the biggest TSwift fan but the perfume is really nice. I don’t really use body sprays or any type of fragrances really, I get sick of them quickly!

You’ll have to let me know if you read Love, Rosie. I’m curious if you’d enjoy the format or find it annoying!

I just read Alex’s post on all those bands! We have very different taste in music, I think. It was so interesting seeing Clay in that band though!! Hope you have the best time at the Bombay Bicycle Club concert. πŸ˜€

      1. on sandwiches? interesting!! i’ve put hummus in wraps so I don’t see why not sandwiches πŸ™‚ it also depends on the flavor too i guess but, we will see. i definitely want to get some during the summer to have with fresh veggies as snacks πŸ™‚
i am not familiar with her music and i’m not ashamed to admit that haha
i added Love, Rosie to my Goodreads so who knows, maybe if I can find it I’ll pick it up πŸ™‚
oh yeah haha we do! πŸ™‚ I like other music he doesn’t and he likes songs I don’t but overall, out taste in music is the same between him and I LOL

        1. We did honey turkey, salami, lettuce, onions, tomato, and Original hummus. πŸ™‚ It worked really well! & I noticed you are are a very seasonal eater lol.

You are not missing out from Taylor’s music lol. & ok do let me know about Love, Rosie! It’s been turned into a film, too!

It’s so interesting how everyone has different tastes in music! Boyfriend & I like some of the same songs but, our tastes are quite different overall.

          1. Kind of lol. When it’s cold its hard for me to eat fresh fruit idk why haha. But I do it anyway because of all the nutritious benefit haha. Also, since it’s so cloudy here in the winter, I need some vitamin D lol
Haha good to know the few songs I’ve heard (not willingly, just overplayed everywhere), are eh
Oh awesome! I love reading books before any TV shows or films, just did it with Looking for Alaska. It’s on Hulu. I’m not finished with it yet because Alex wants to watch it along with me and that means I have to wait for him lol.

            Liked by 1 person

            1. Lol I am far from a seasonal eater. I love fruit & soups always– no matter the weather! & I may have suggested this to you before but, have you ever thought about getting one of those “happy lamps” that give off Vitamin D?

Taylor’s music is not the worst part about her to me, though. 😝

Aw man, I read Looking For Alaska in high school & have been wanting to watch the show on Hulu but, ugh, I was going through the most when I read it & don’t want the dark feelings to come back. Alaska made me smoke cigarettes, lol, she was seriously my influence to start.

              1. You definitely do lol. And yes you’ve mentioned it and I have also thought about it and a few years back I had asked my dad for one but he probably forgot haha. I need to look into it even from Amazon.

Awwwh yeah I get it. If you feel that way, don’t watch it. I know from personal experience that whatever you were doing gets associated with that time, so it can definitely be triggering. Well, tell you what, I really liked the beginning of the book but not so much the second half lol. As far as the show goes, I noticed things they have changed, so right now its 50/50 for me. I also cannot wait it often on account of my munchkin being present lol

                1. I think they should have pretty nice/affordable ones on Amazon. πŸ™‚ It could really help with your bouts of SAD!

Ahh, I’m usually not a “triggered” kind of human but, I do think it was such a dark time for me it could happen. At least, I think how bad/insecure I felt at the time would come rushing back…

I’m honestly not even sure if I’d enjoy the book if I read it today. I hated every other John Green book I picked up as an adult. I may still have to give the show a shot sometime, if I can pluck the up the courage!

                  1. I always chuckle at the SAD acronym it seems so funny but its also serious lol I laugh to cope haha
                    yeah i totally understand ❀
and omg yes I remember you telling me his books were not your fave. Honstly I do find myself rolling my eyes often but it's for young adults so there has to be some form of cheesyness in there especially when it comes to the lovey dovey aspect of his characters.

                    Liked by 1 person

                    1. Lol I totally get why you think the SAD acronym is funny. πŸ˜› It’s okay to laugh at serious things, in my opinion!! ❀

I knooow, maybe I need to move on & stop with Young Adults but, then I always come across one that I just love, y'know? I think it's just John Green I am over, to be honest. πŸ˜›

                    2. I have to say, it might just be him lol
His stories come across as cheesy sometimes and also, after reading so many of his books I’m just like, why are female characters so rebellious in some shape or form? It’s almost like he doesn’t understand women haha. Just me? Anyway, that might be the last book I read from his unless I find another one interesting. We will see. Anyway, remember All The Little Lights? I highly recommend that one. Author is Jamie McGuire I believe.

                    3. Yeah, I’m totally done with John Green books, too. After the Katherine & Turtle one, I removed the rest of his books from my TBR. It’s almost like he *wants* women to be that way– like the most *special* girl in each of his books always has some sort of… issue? Lol I totally get what you mean.

I can’t wait to read All the Little Lights. I’ll get to it eventually but, I have been slacking on reading so much lately. I am hooked on games & reality TV LOL.

                    4. yes! exactly, you get it! LOL
speaking of TV, I started watching Love is Blind, I saw a little short of it before I started watching and I got hooked immediately. When Alex came back in he almost made fun of me for watching it and compared it to Love Island but I explained the gist of the show to him and he started watching it with me haha

                    5. Lol oh my gosh, yay! I’m so excited you are watching Love is Blind, too. I think the 2nd set of episodes came out today but I’ve no time to watch it until the weekend is over. 😦 & when I started watching it, I didn’t even want to tell boyfriend what it was about but he looked over my shoulder, started laughing, & said, “what is this one?” LOL. Now he knows most of their names & all the drama when I say it out loud but he won’t like watch it full on with me. He actually tunes into & pays attention to Love Island lol, he likes it a lot. πŸ˜€

                    6. I kept binge watching it this week without Alex and made it to the end. But the finale wont be released until next Thursday I believe? I’m so excited to watch it. I really want to see who makes it and who doesnt.

  3. Mmmm I love hummus but I never know what to eat it on, other than pita chips, which I’m not that fond of, and don’t even talk to me about veggies. Yuck. Never thought about little crackers. I’ll try that. I know it has to be something that can hold up to the moisture. Like, you wouldn’t neat hummus with Triscuits, for example. Yuck.

    1. Wheat Thins are similar to the little crackers I mentioned & they go so well with hummus. You can also spread them in your sandwiches, mix them in a salad, make wraps, dip or spread it on pita bread, dip pretzel bread, french fries!, & so much more!!
