Stuffed Bacon Burgers

Recipe found on Whole Kitchen Sink
My Rating: 4 out of 5

My Review

There was a little too much bacon stuffed in the patty but, that is what the name of the recipe is. I was just longing for beefier bites– still a good burger altogether.

We served it with… boyfriend’s homemade potato fries, fried mushrooms, fried onions, tomato, and lettuce

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package sugar-free bacon
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (we used regular flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Your choice of toppings and bun

Sheet Pan Tuscan Baked Salmon & Veggies

Recipe found on Tasty Kitchen
My Rating: 4 out of 5

My Review

I LOVED this one. Zucchinis are one of my favorite veggies and they were made even more yummy. The Tuscan sauce on top of the salmon was a little sour, zesty, and tomato-y. I was going to rate it 5 out of 5 but, boyfriend wasn’t the biggest fan. πŸ˜›

  • ΒΌ cups Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Paprika
  • Β½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1-Β½ pound Salmon Fillet
  • 2 Large Red Peppers, Sliced
  • 2 Large Zucchini, Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Herbs

Crispy Chicken Fingers

Recipe found on The Happy House Wife
My Rating: 3.5 out of 5

My Review

I really liked the crust on the tenders… on the parts where it cooked thoroughly. There were tiny bits where you could still see the flour mix. It did stick on the chicken nicely though.

We served it with… steamed broccoli and baked beans

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 pound boneless chicken (thighs or breasts), cut into desired pieces
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk substitute (we used almond milk)
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Tabasco (optional)
  • 2 cups gluten free breadcrumbs
  • Β½ cup tapioca flour (we used regular flour)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Salt-Free Cajun seasoning OR 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano or thyme
  • Allowed butter, oil, or cooking spray (we used Earth Balance Original)

  1. Oh man I dont think I would have liked that burger either. Sometimes there is such thing as too much bacon, in my opinion lol.
Omg the Tuscan baked salmon looks sooo goood!!! I dont really know how to make salmon in different ways so that’s one of the reasons I dont make it often but this one looks good!
