It’s been nearly 7 days since I’ve been to work. My flow hasn’t really gotten lighter yet either. I was hoping to get back tomorrow but… we’ll have to wait and see.

I feel like I’ve forgotten how to do my job. I was drunk nearly everyday I went last month and now I’ve not even gone in so long!! I’m gonna try to cut down on the drinking a bit this month and work more days of the week than I usually do. At least 4, hopefully. I think I said that January 2018, too…

Yesterday was pretty uneventful. Boyfriend had the day off and made us dinner at home. I spent most of my day playing the Sims and getting so close to catching all the way up on your blogs!

Today, boyfriend went to work and all I did besides play the Sims was take a shower. I finally went through Thanksgiving and it was a hoot. There were gnomes that wanted gifts popping up everywhere and they left me so many seed packets lol, what the heck?

When I get back onto playing, one of my children is finally going to be a teenager! I’m not sure I’m ready for that LOL.

I know I haven’t written a Recipe Reviews post in sooo long and I have all these food photos piling up in my phone but, tomorrow, I’ll be posting a book review/favorite quotes because I finished the book in 2018 and need to get it done and over with! I saw a lot of bloggers do their Top 10 Favorite Books of 2018 and I will probably be hopping on that bandwagon in a few days. šŸ˜€ I decided to make my goal 60 books for the year again because I’ve already hit 50 and isn’t it supposed to be a challenge?

When boyfriend got home from work, we smoked a blunt together then made some food to eat. We both made big salads with chicken, boyfriend had the leftovers from dinner last night and I had a personal tortilla pizza with faux pepper jack cheese and pepperonis.

I just finished eating when I started typing this.

Hope you all have an awesome weekend šŸ™‚

  1. Mmmm that pizza looks good, even with all it’s faux stuff. LOL Of course at Midnight all food looks yummy, right? I don’t know anything about Sims and I’d better not investigate it because I’m sure I’d become addicted immediately. Will you eventually be a Sims grandma? LOL

    1. Hahaha only the cheese was faux! The meat was real. šŸ™‚ But I have to agree that all food looks yummy at midnight!

& yes, definitely stay away from The Sims if you don’t want to be addicted LOL. I already almost became a grandma but then I gave her this Youth Potion to drink and she went back to the beginning of her Adulthood. šŸ˜€

    1. Hahaha I think having the teenager has made it easier on the mom, but I still think it’s crazy she has grown up so fast!! I can’t imagine how real moms feel!

Ahhh I am so nervous to go back to work tonight!! Hope it all comes back to me within an hour!!

  2. I always feel like I forget how to do my job when we’ve gone on vacation, lol. Like, I’ve been doing this for so long, and yet when we’re gone for a few days, I just draw a blank when I start up again haha. Also, that salad looks amazing! I’ve been super into all the salads lately. So refreshing!

  4. Hahahaha, I just finished a Thanksgiving day on The Sims as well and my broke ass sim is using the seeds to make some money, LOL.

I remember when I had 7 days off from working as well and near the end, I was just antsy and really wanted to have a routine again. Now I wish I had a 7-day break, haha.

    1. LOL how weird was their Thanksgiving, though!? I was not expecting those dang gnomes. I am still finding seed packets around the house! My Sim is level 9 in gardening and I have sooo many seeds and produce already, I didn’t even open them. I even deleted lots of them!! But if you’re playing the real way, growing plants and fruit will make you tons of money. šŸ˜€ & help you save a lot, too, because when you cook– your sim will use any produce in their inventory and it cuts the cost of meals down by a lot.

I would honestly not mind being at home all the time LOL I actually love it and wouldn’t mind another 7-day break right now. It’s just I HAD to go back and I felt like I didn’t know how to dance or talk to people anymore, y’know?!

      1. OMG, level 9 gardening?!?! That’s one of the skills I have trouble mastering because I absolutely hate gardening, haha. I’ll only do it if my career requires me for a promotion, hahaha. But I’m playing a new family and they’re dirt poor so I gotta make them garden, hahahaha.

        1. Hahaha when I first started it was just my Sim and her Child. She had no job for awhile so she had a ton of time on her hands. After awhile, gardening becomes fun to a Sim that’s high level so everytime she needed fun I had her garden lol.

Lol gardening is a great way to save & earn money. šŸ˜‚
