Journal Entry #86

April 23, 2018

Boyfriend and I are watching The Good Doctor. It’s a really good show so far! I decided to take the night off tonight and last night.

Fireworks for the holiday (4/20) on the way to work

On Friday, before I went into work, boyfriend and I stopped for some drinks. I went in at around 12a and stayed until around 4a. It was a fun and busy night! I was a bit groggy and hungover on Saturday morning, though. We had to wake up early because I went on this sketchy website called Ayora Fashion and bought some things before I read reviews about it being a scam website. Luckily, I only lost 12 dollars but, I had to get a new card because of course, I don’t want them to have my card info. Wellsfargo closes at 2p on Saturdays so I had to set an alarm for 1p… I am not a happy camper when I need to wake up to an alarm and not on my own time.

After we went to the bank, we had to come home to sign the paperwork to sell our cars to the junkyard. That was quick and easy. Boyfriend made dinner then we went to Red Shoes for my new work shoes. I’m sorry I didn’t take ANY photos… I don’t know why I didn’t. I was hungover and I just wanted to get in and out. I always pick the same ones anyways. 8-inch, clear heels, with a clear double strap. I didn’t even try them on. I walked in, found them, paid, and walked out. I just hate the way people, including the cashiers, gawk at me because they can tell I’m a dancer.

Then, we went toΒ Meadows Mall because I needed mascara. They have a JC Penney’s with a messy ass Sephora inside.

Why did I take a picture of the mall and not even at the very least the outside of the shoe store? Lol. I was probably finally starting to feel a little better. After that, we got our coffee and we came home. I got ready for work and we went out for drinks again.

I probably got too drunk before and during work so my judgement might be a little off but it seemed that Saturday night at work was slow compared to Friday night. I don’t know. I didn’t make much but at least I made something. I left early because I was like, “I’m so drunk, I can’t see straight.” I sure hope I put the lock on my locker now that I’m thinking about it…

We are baking brownies right now and they smell so good, I’m distracted… lol. I think they’re done!!!

Sunday, boyfriend had the day off and so did I. We spent all day at home except for when we went out to eat at this Chinese buffet called Kirin Buffet. It was disappointing. We went for the crab legs but they were HEAVILY salted… to the point where they were inedible. We were so sad. They did have this delicious banana pudding though. I never liked banana pudding before. πŸ˜›

wp-1524551591863..jpgI finished reading You last night. I stayed up until like 5a because I needed to get to the ending! I am now reading A Man Called Ove. This morning and all the way into the night, I read a few chapters of it but mostly, I read a ton of your blogs on my reader. I’m still not completely caught up but I’m getting close! πŸ™‚ I love catching up with you all!!

Boyfriend got back home at around 9p. We were both starving so we quickly smoked a blunt and then decided on a place to eat. We’ve been to Bahama Breeze a couple of times before for drinks and apps but never for dinner. They’re open until midnight and everything on their menu sounded like something I wanted to eat so that’s where we decided to go!

We ordered Chicken Empanadas to share:

They were absolutely amazing!!! For my dish, I chose a Salmon & Tostada Salad that was even more amazing:

Boyfriend chose a creamy, cheesy Pasta Dish with chicken, mushrooms, and asparagus:

When we got home, I pretty much started typing this right away but am also watching The Good Doctor and we also just finished smoking a blunt. Now here I am. πŸ™‚ I think I’m gonna hop off the computer, eat a brownie, and just watch TV with boyfriend now.

XO, Hunida

  2. Bahama Breeze looks like such a great restaurant! I love catching up with YOU! We all have those weekends/weeks where we feel like death due to much fun, no worries on the lack of pictures girl and f#@$ that sales person. No one has the right to judge others! And if they do they are just jealous! I hope you have an amazing week beauty! ❀

    1. We’ve just started it so I’m not caught up yet either! I’ve only ever watched for medical shows, Scrubs & House before this! The same creator of House put together this show, too!

  3. I hate having to wake up to an alarm clock, I think it’s part of the reason I hate working πŸ˜‚ I like when my body wakes up on its own, but I’m so used to being up early now I just do it on my days off. And you know what, we all have days where we just want to get shit done and Over with, so don’t feel bad about the lack of pictures (:

    1. It’s probably why I hated school! Our bodies need to wake up on their own time. I wish my body would get used to waking up earlier but I rarely ever get up before noon haha.
      Thanks, Laken!! β™‘

  4. The Good Doctor is such a great show! I was really enjoying it until I realized, with being a hypochondriac, it was encouraging my paranoia, lol. As I don’t have the money to go the ER for everything that freaks me out, I stopped watching the show haha.

    1. Hahaha oh my gosh!! You are so like me but I can’t stop watching it in case there IS something I can find that is wrong with me hahaha. But the one where this girl just had a tummy ache I freaked out. I was like I always have tummy aches oh my gosh.

  6. Awh you look so cute in that selfie! And too bad those crab legs were heavily salted. I’ve never had any before but would love to try them. And let me guess, special brownies? πŸ€” lol

    1. Thank you, babe!! ❀ You would love crab legs!! Hope you try them someday. πŸ™‚ I used to go to Crab Leg sundays at the buffet with my dad every weekend. He still goes but we can NOT find any good crab legs like that here. And nooo, lol. They were just regular old boxed brownies. I was excited because I found a box with no dairy in it. πŸ˜€

      1. Alex wants to go to some seafood house by the beach, but every time we go to the beach we end up eating something else when we don’t have enough money LOL. But hopefully in the summer we get to go to the beach and FINALLY eat at some crab shack lol.
Oooh! Okay! I don’t think I’ve ever made brownies at home, but I should try. Even if it’s just for the boys lol.
