I got my first Lip Monthly bag for only $5, it is normally $12.95/month. Everyone that signs up gets their first bag for $5 (25% off) and you are able to cancel at anytime.
Lip Monthly sends you 4-5 full-sized items once a month in a beauty bag the same quality as Ipsy bags. Most of the products will be lip products but I saw that I got a product for a different part of my face and as I looked on other unboxing blogs, it seemed a lot of times they also received one non-lip product.
I got 4 items in my bag. There was also a little postcard that said: “December 2017” on one side and…
“Merry Christmas” “Stay Cozy” “make it pop like pink champagne” “Happy Holidays!” on the other side. I was expecting a description of each item or something?

I was surprised how pink it was when I first squeezed it out but then I applied it and it became translucent. It was barely pink at all. It felt and looked nice when I first put it on. I didn’t apply anything else on my lips all day so I know this is the reason why my lips were burning a few hours later. I will never use it again.

Oh wow, this lip crème is absolutely amazing. It is easy to apply and dries quickly, it doesn’t dry out your lips like other matte lipsticks seem to do. It does not smudge, smear, wear off through anything. Seriously, it is kiss proof–they are not lying. I don’t really like the scent but it’s not unbearable and fades away once it dries. I will wear this lipstick whenever I feel a little daring (since it’s so dark) and will definitely think about buying it in other shades.

This lip liner was soft and creamy, I liked that. I don’t like pencils that you have to sharpen, though, I prefer twist ups. It’s also kind of messy, it bleeds out of my lip lines and smear easily.

I don’t like liquid highlighters, I really don’t. They dry up so fast and I hate the way they make my face feel. This one was no different. It made my face feel like there was a dry patch on it the whole spot I applied it to. It also took a lot of product before it showed up on me.

I don’t think I’ll get another Lip Monthly bag after this one. I did like the products I received and thought it was totally worth it for what I paid but I don’t really need 5 new lip products every month. I might order one again when I run out of lip stuff. I also wish they had sent me different colors. The Bella Pierre lip crème and the Iby Beauty’s lip liner were too similar. I’m worried they’d keep sending me the same shade in different brands.
