My boyfriend and I have been trying to eat at home more often. We only went out to eat once last week. As opposed to every single night, this has been a huge accomplishment for us. One of my goals is to stick to this!
Along with that, I’ve been buying some dairy free products and I want to continue on with that since my stomach has really been feeling SO much better. (I’ll have a “dairy free me #2” post shortly– last time we went grocery shopping we went to Walmart and they practically had nothing for dairy free people!)
I tried this vegan chicken:
It was the first vegan “meat” I’ve ever tried and I actually thought it was really good. I think one of my goals will be to eat “meatless on Monday’s” (or at least once a week).
Another goal of mine will be to go to work 5 days a week! Even though that’s been my goal all of this month and it probably was my goal last month, too. But, not only do I want to work 5 days a week but on the weekdays I want to force myself to stay at work at least until 2am even when it’s not busy. And on the weekends, the earliest I’ll allow myself to leave is 4am.
And the last, but definitely not least, goal I have for the next thirty days: start and finish another blogging challenge!
My last day of this challenge is tomorrow! Whew! I’m ready for my next one! 😛
